FULL STORY TWIST OF FATE ON ZEE WORLD
Twist of Fate is a show following the life of a Punjabi matriarch Sarla Arora who runs a marriage hall and lives with the hope of seeing her two daughters, Pragya and Bulbul, happily married someday.
The show takes us through the lives of the 2 sisters, their hopes dreams and aspirations. Simultaneously runs the story of Abhi who is Rockstar with a cult following of his own. Abhi’s grandmother, someone who he idolises and will never go against her, brings traditional Pragya into their house as Abhi’s wife.
At first the two put on an act to love each other in order to keep Abhi’s grandmother happy and cover up the real truth that Abhi already has a girlfriend from before their marriage

Kumkum Bhagya follows the love story of a famous musician Abhi who married Pragya, initially thought to be the love interest of the person who was the crush of Abhi’s sister, but ends up knowing the truth and falls in love with her. The pivotal characters of this show are strong, feisty women, living together in an all-female matriarchal family. The series stars Sriti Jha, Shabbir Ahluwalia, Mrunal Thakur, Arjit Taneja/Vin Rana as lead roles. The series is produced by Ekta Kapoor under the banner Balaji Telefilms. Continuing her tradition, Ekta Kapoor has named the series starting with the letter “K” because she feels it is lucky.[4] The show is directed by Sameer Kulkarni and developed by Ekta Kapoor.
The series started as the story of Pragya and Bulbul and their mother Sarla’s hope to see them married, but as time went by, the show is about Abhi and Pragya.
Due to Kumkum Bhagya’s popularity, a spinoff series has been made titled Kundali Bhagya, which portrays the life of Pragya’s long lost two sisters Preeta and Srishti.
